Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the MyPA application, the free trial, and this website. Please read them before installing MyPA.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Company details, pricing, the refund position and the response-time commitment are still marked with [square brackets], and these terms have not yet been through legal review. Fill those in, check them over, then remove this box.
1. The agreement
These terms form an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Nineworks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [company number], registered address [registered address] ("Nineworks", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing or using MyPA you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use MyPA. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Licence to use MyPA
Subject to these terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use MyPA for your own business or personal productivity purposes.
- A licence covers use by the named user on the devices they personally use, unless your licence terms state otherwise. [Adjust to match your actual licensing model — per user, per device, or per organisation.]
- You may not share licence keys or account credentials with other people.
- We retain ownership of MyPA. You are licensed to use it, not sold a copy of it.
- MyPA is software you install and run on your own computer. It is not a hosted service: we do not receive or process your mail, calendar or task content. See the Privacy Policy.
3. The 45-day free trial
- The trial gives you access to the full product for 45 days from installation. No payment details are required and there is no account to create.
- The trial is for evaluation. One trial per user or organisation; we may decline repeat or circumvented trials.
- At the end of the trial, MyPA will stop providing licensed functionality unless you purchase a licence. Your Outlook data, including calendar entries MyPA has already created, remains in your Outlook account and is unaffected.
- We may change or withdraw the trial offer for future users at any time. That does not shorten a trial already running.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, distribute, resell, rent, sublicense or host MyPA for others, except as these terms allow.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble MyPA, except to the extent that law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or work around licensing, trial or activation controls.
- Use MyPA unlawfully, or in a way that damages or disrupts our services or another user's use of them.
5. Your responsibilities and requirements
- MyPA is an add-in for Outlook classic on Windows. The newer "New Outlook" and Outlook on the web are not supported. See the system requirements.
- MyPA works with any account type Outlook itself supports. All interaction happens through Outlook, so there is no separate MyPA account and no mailbox connection to authorise.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to install software on the device you use, and to connect it to your organisation's Outlook or Microsoft 365 account.
- You are responsible for reviewing the plan MyPA produces. MyPA schedules and moves calendar entries; you remain accountable for your own commitments, deadlines and diary.
- Keep your own backups. We recommend confirming your Outlook data is backed up or synced before installing any software that writes to your calendar.
6. Purchases and pricing
MyPA is sold as a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring payment. Once you buy a licence it does not expire, it will not renew, and you will not be billed again. We do not keep your card details on file.
Your licence covers the version of MyPA you buy. Future major versions may be offered as a separate, optional paid upgrade — you are never charged for one automatically, and your existing licence keeps working if you choose not to take it.
A MyPA licence costs £25 (GBP). The price shown at the point of purchase is the one that applies, and it [includes / excludes] VAT.
Payment is processed by Stripe, and you can pay with any card Stripe accepts. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment form and go to Stripe rather than to us — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because MyPA is offered with a 45-day free trial and is a one-off purchase rather than a subscription, we expect you to evaluate it fully before buying. [Set out your refund policy here — for example a 14-day cooling-off period for consumers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and how it interacts with immediate access to digital content.]
8. Updates and changes to MyPA
We may release updates, fixes and new versions, and may add, change or remove features over time. Updates may be required for MyPA to keep working with current versions of Outlook and Windows. We will not remove a material feature you have paid for during a paid licence period without telling you.
9. Intellectual property
MyPA, the MyPA name and logo, this website and all related materials are owned by Nineworks Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. Your tasks, email, calendar entries and other content remain yours; we claim no ownership over them.
10. Third-party services
MyPA works alongside Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365, and this site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, behaviour or changes to them.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide MyPA with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, MyPA is provided "as is": we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the plans it produces will suit every situation, or that it will be compatible with every configuration of Outlook, Windows or third-party add-ins.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for MyPA in the 12 months before the claim arose. [Confirm this cap is appropriate for your business.]
13. Termination
You may stop using MyPA and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms and, where the breach can be fixed, do not fix it within a reasonable period after we ask. On termination you must stop using MyPA and remove it from your devices.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Use of this website
This website is provided for information about MyPA. We may change its content at any time. You may not use it in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Material changes affecting a paid licence will be notified to you, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where the law gives them that right.
